Rachel brings a dynamic combination of organisation, creativity, communication, and people-focused experience to her role within the Ray White Pyes Pa team. Working closely alongside her partner, Kale Kirk, she plays an integral role in the day-to-day running, direction and continued growth of the business, supporting both the team and clients to ensure a positive experience at every stage.

Before entering real estate, Rachel built a diverse career in event management, working across multiple companies before moving into sales, marketing and events with Red Bull. This background has given her a strong understanding of people, branding, communication and creating memorable experiences — skills she now brings into every aspect of her role.

Rachel joined the business when the Ray White Pyes Pa office opened in March 2025, helping establish the business from the ground up alongside Kale. Her role has developed well beyond that of a traditional Personal Assistant, encompassing social media, operations, HR, team culture, business development and supporting the wider direction of the business. She is known for her organisation, clear communication, positive energy and ability to bring people together.

Licensed in Real Estate and holding a degree in Event Management, Rachel combines her professional experience with a genuine passion for building a successful business and strong team culture. She enjoys finding new ways to grow the business, supporting the team and contributing to the continued development of the office.

For Rachel, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing the business grow and being able to contribute wherever she can. She takes genuine pride in ensuring clients feel looked after, informed and supported, with a positive experience and the knowledge that their needs are always being taken seriously.
