With over 12 years of experience in real estate and administration, she expertly manages complex tasks while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Having started her career in real estate sales before transitioning into administration, Michelle has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. She also holds a qualification in Small Business Management, adding to her ability to lead teams and streamline operations effectively.
Michelle joined Kale Kirk’s team in May 2024 and, in March 2025, stepped into the role of Business and Operations Manager. Based at Kale’s Ray White Pyes Pa office, she plays a central role in supporting the sales and administration teams - coordinating transactions, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing operations from the start of a campaign through to settlement.
Her combination of real estate expertise, business acumen, and administrative strength makes Michelle an invaluable asset to the Ray White Pyes Pa team, ensuring seamless, successful outcomes across the wider Tauranga region.
